Deliveries are carried out only within areas serviced by our designated courier partners. Therefore, all prices and special offers apply only to deliveries fulfilled through these couriers.

Risk of Loss
All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the courier.
Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or issued as store credit where appropriate.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned at your expense unless the return is due to our error or a defect
- Returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery
- Products that are largely consumed (more than two times) cannot be returned
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted
- Returned items remain under your ownership until received by us. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. In some cases, refunds may be issued without requiring the product to be returned. In such cases, the refunded item remains the customer’s property, and Ceylon Hasthi does not take title of it.
Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free.
If a product does not match its description, your remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, listed prices include shipping charges but exclude applicable taxes and customs duties.
